Attach files and links while you talk

You can now add a screenshot, a document or a link at the moment you are recording, not only on the review screen. A paperclip sits beside the mic on a feedback request, a reaction and a discussion take, and on the recording bar while you talk; it opens one small sheet to choose files or paste a link, and the recording keeps going. What you attach shows as chips under the recorder, is already on the review screen, and reaches the card and the emails as attachments do today. If the link hides the review screen, your details step shows what is attached with a last chance to add or remove. On the review screen, Add context and Add files are now one row, Files and context, with one Add; on your private page a response's files and links share one block.

Your screen no longer shifts up and down while you record on a phone. The status line at the top stopped rewriting itself every second.

You can now see a recording's full length, drag the playhead or skip five seconds either way, and tap any sentence under the player to hear it from there.

Long recordings become complete briefs

A long meeting recording now becomes a brief that covers the whole conversation. It no longer stops partway, times out or cuts off after twelve points, and detail lines stay on their own lines.

Responses now arrive with their recording and play back on the private page. For a time they arrived with their words but no audio.

One audio player everywhere

Every recording now plays in the same player: seek, skip five seconds back or forward, and set a speed from 1x to 2x that every player on the page remembers. Play all runs through them with previous and next.

Recordings upload reliably

Recordings no longer fail to upload, and a failed direct upload falls back so the recording is not lost. If you leave while one is uploading, the next screen is no longer stuck under a spinner.

Recording feels clearer

The record button stays where you clicked it and becomes a quiet Recording chip, so Done is the clear way to finish. Pause and resume make a soft tap, and discarding makes its own short sound.
